We invite you to join the Inuit Art Foundation and Onsite Gallery for an Artist Talk featuring celebrated Inuvialuk artist Kyle Aleekuk!
In downtown Toronto there is a massive tattoo flash sheet called Northern Flash on the walls of the Richmond Street West gallery, created by Aleekuk. The mural nods to American traditional style of flash tattoos and gives passersby the feeling of stepping into a shop to get inked!
During this Artist Talk, you’ll have a unique opportunity to learn about the creative process that led to the creation of this mural that showcases Aleekuk’s unique style.
